Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up DKIM with Google

 
  1. Access Your Google Workspace Admin Console
      • Log in to your Google Workspace Admin Console using your administrator credentials.
       
  1. Navigate to Gmail Settings
      • Go to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail in your Admin console.
       
  1. Enable DKIM Signing
      • Under Gmail settings, click on Authenticate email.
      • Check the box next to Authenticate email.
      • Click Generate new record.
       
  1. Add DKIM DNS Records
      • Google will generate a DKIM TXT record for your domain.
      • Copy the entire TXT record provided by Google.
       
  1. Update DNS Settings
      • Log in to your domain registrar or DNS hosting provider’s website.
      • Navigate to the DNS management section.
      • Add a new TXT record with the details provided by Google in step 4.
       
  1. Verify DKIM Configuration
      • After adding the DKIM record, use DKIM validator tools to verify that the DKIM record is correctly published and configured.
      • Tools like DKIM Validator or Email Delivery Tester can help verify DKIM signatures on your outgoing emails.
